This page lists money in the order the journey asks for it. Every figure below sits in the operator's own help centre or estimator, checked October 2026, except one independent measurement which carries its own date. Where the operator's pages disagree with each other, both versions are shown.
The fee skeleton, in the operator's own arithmetic
The help centre's formula is short: total cost equals item cost plus international shipping plus customs charges, with optional extras on top, and no agent handling fee anywhere. Item cost includes the seller's domestic postage to the warehouse, charged once per seller per order even for several items. Two small flat charges deserve their own lines because the help centre prints them separately and never says whether they are the same money: a packaging consumables fee of 8 yuan on the packing bench, and a customs declaration cost the fee article puts at around RMB 8 per parcel. This site lists both and adds neither to the other.
Money mostly moves in two steps here: a top-up into the account balance, then payments out of that balance as orders and parcels come due. The checkout counter takes direct card and wallet payments too, but the balance is the native currency of the account, which is why freight corrections settle against it automatically in both directions.
Official payment pages conflict: help articles 64 and 99 describe PayPal at 3.5% + US$0.30, while article 65 describes 2.9% + US$0.30 and contains a different illustrated calculation. Both are official examples, not a guaranteed current fee. Check the amount debited, CNY credited and any separately charged fee on your actual payment screen. The captured Alipay and WeChat page lists no handling fee and 1–60 minutes; current method availability and processing may differ.

You can see where these land because the parcel ledger itemises them: each row in the account's parcel list prints the freight paid with the packaging fee and any insurance fee broken out as their own lines, against the parcel's weight and measured volume. A bill you can decompose is rare in this trade and worth using.
Prices are CNY figures from the help centre, October 2026, and they do change: the storage extension cost a different amount under a different unit as recently as mid 2026. Vacuum bags, corner protection and similar bench add-ons are priced per use on the submission screen itself.
The rate behind the zero
A zero handling fee does not remove funding and conversion costs. The retained 8 October 2026 comparison recorded +8.5% FX markup and the same total for FX plus standard service, with the standard service fee recorded as zero. Payment-channel charges are excluded from that comparison. Check the actual debit, CNY credited and separate fees for your own funding method; the historical number is not a current rate.
Freight, as dated examples only
Freight moves too fast to print as fact. These are the cheapest result per destination for a one kilogram ordinary-goods parcel on the official estimator, October 10, 2026, the operator's example values:

The same run returned between thirteen and eighteen routes per destination, with minimum-weight floors of 2000 g, 2501 g or 5001 g on several lines. Re-run the estimator for anything you plan to pay; the weight checker compares weights before route minimums and rounding.
