Method, in four rules

• Every operative claim comes from the operator's published pages, help centre, estimator or dated announcements, and carries the month it was checked.
• Where official pages disagree, the conflict is explained with source dates; the reader should check the actual order terms and checkout rather than treating either historical figure as guaranteed.
• Unverifiable figures are named as such rather than rounded into existence; this site prints no founding year for exactly that reason. The warehouse city is printed because the operator states it.
• Third-party measurements appear with their measurement date and are never merged with official figures.

The practical method behind those rules: every page of the official help centre used here was captured and read in full, the public estimator was run against five destinations at a fixed weight on a recorded date, and the screenshots on these pages are crops of those captures with the operator's own blurring preserved. When the site says a rule is printed, that means a capture exists with the sentence in it.

The operator being documented

Its own support runs live chat on UK weekday hours plus [email protected]. Those channels answer questions about orders; this site cannot see your account and never asks for it.

The missing stars, on purpose

This guide prints no score, no ranking and no best-agent badge, for one reason: service quality, speed and honesty have no public, reproducible data source, so a number would be an invention.
